Me and my freind stayed at the hotel for 3 nights from 29th june till 2nd july for a boys weekend and we had a great time there the owners were very kind funny and welcoming they gave us advice onplaces to eat and drink in blackpool and the breakfasts were great everyday during our stay and me and my freind will definalty stay there again on our next visit.
Just had another 3 nights there. Very clean.good breakfast.very friendly staff.be going again xx
Had a great time when I was here for the weekend with a group. Really laid back place the owners let us stay for a late checkout to get over our hangovers.. Much appreciated
me and louise enjoyed week end great company and laugh tv didnt work rest was ok going next year company great ladys from manchester and lads from walsaw staff made us very welcome stopped again this year and enjoyed it very help full and very welcoming going again 2021 thanks to cath and bert he will know who i am lol thanks again for the memory
The lobby wasn't very pleasant but for the price the bed was lovely and the staff was friendly but somewhat distant
Myself and my 2 teenagers are staying here for a week it's an amazing hotel with great food cheap digs the owners David cathedral and derrick are awesome and making sure we're enjoying our stay :) thank you for everything your the best and we will definitely be back to stay again xxx
I am writing this review to say how utterly impressed i was with the staff at Alvistan hotel. We had booked up here for a weeken break just recently, but unfortunatley we were unable to go due to our 2 youngest boys being quite poorly with chicken pox. We were all so dissapointed as a family that we couldnt go. I rang the hotel and spoke with Kath. What an amazing lady, she was so sorry for us that we couldnt come that she gave us half our deposit back, which she really did not need to do!! I thought it was such a lovely gesture. She even wrote me a lovely letter saying that she hoped my boys were better soon and to keep my chin up as i was quite run down and upset that we were missing out. I obviously cant comment on the hotel itself as we did not stay. But the staff... amazing!! Thankyou Alvistan hotel for making a difficult, dissapointing time a bit more bearable
